Saturday night we were due to go out and I was unsure what to wear ..... the weather was being a little unpredictable and our little village was a hive of activity with The Open golf tournament being in town ...... so I played it monochrome (safe) and took a few tips from Emmanuelle Alt.
Emmanuelle is quite fond of Balmain jackets and if you can't afford the splurge (and trust me they are a big splurge) then I have put some good alternative below including my Baukjen white blazer, that is now in the sale here.
You can always get away with Topshop skinny jeans without breaking the bank and Alt is known to a fan of their black baxter jeans and so am I..... not too skinny and a rise that is perfect for a stylish fashion editors tuck with a t-shirt or shirt.
